The study was approved by our institution, and the informed consent from each patient was taken. The inclusion criteria were as follows: peritoneal cancer after oophorectomy between 15 years old and more than 60 years old at the time of the initial diagnosis, all stages of ovarian neoplasms, and receiving only surgical treatment. We excluded women with a history of tubal sterilization techniques, pelvic radiation therapy either pre- or postoperatively, including pregnant women.
